If you love to research legal topics on your phone, you can search for apps on Google Play for Android mobile phones or on the Apple store for iOS phones. Do a search for Arizona legislative laws or Arizona Statutes to see what pulls up. Choose only those apps that have a rating of at least 4.0 or more. Read reviews to see what users are saying about the apps and check if you will need to pay an annual fee for updates to state laws.

If Your Claim is Denied

You may think that if your claim was denied, that you have no chance of getting help. It is important that you try again, instead of giving up. Your first step is to quickly act by filing a Request for Hearing form. This is important, especially if you have new evidence you can present that positively impacts your case. An experienced worker’s compensation attorney can help you present your best case to the judge.
